Michael Hatz served as our realtor for a condo we were building at Black Rock Ridge Mountain Resort in Kamas, Utah. Although we never met him in person during the original process (we live out of state and then had COVID restrictions on travel), Michael was exceedingly responsive to all questions and helped us every step of the way.
